The 20th anniversary edition of World of Warcraft was introduced

Blizzard will release the 20th anniversary collector's edition of World of Warcraft.

World of Warcraft players will celebrate the game's 20th anniversary in November 2024, coinciding with the upcoming expansion pack The War Within. This expansion pack is currently in development and will begin a new trilogy called the Worldsoul Saga. Now, Blizzard Entertainment has unveiled the 20th anniversary collector's edition of the game under the title World of Warcraft: The War Within 20th Anniversary Collector's Edition to celebrate both of these occasions.

This version costs $180 and includes interesting content

Fans can now pre-order this special edition exclusively through the Blizzard Gear Store for $180. This edition will include an art book, a collectible pin featuring Anduin, Alleria, and Thrall, along with a Gryphon Rider statue. In addition, this version will include all the content of the previously announced Epic version, including the code to receive The War Within expansion pack, access to the upcoming beta, three days of early access, 30 days of in-game time and 70 levels of character upgrades.
Blizzard further announced that those who have previously purchased any copy of The War Within expansion pack can still purchase the 20th Anniversary Collector's Edition and spend the additional payment on Battle.net or in-game World of Warcraft. The War Within expansion pack is slated for release this year, but has no firm release date yet.
